Jim Herman has over 25 years of manual physical therapy experience and has been a co-owner of Ortho Elite Physical Therapy since its inception in 2019. He is a Certified Integrative Manual Therapist and has completed advanced dry needling course work to address musculoskeletal issues and nervous system regulation. Additionally, Jim has an extensive background spanning more than 20 years in instructing other physical therapy professionals across the country through continuing education seminars focusing on how to assess and treat a wide array of orthopedic injuries. He treats all areas of the body including neck, jaw, thoracic/rib, shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, low back, pelvis, hip, knee, and foot/ankle. He treats post-surgical conditions as well as a wide array of chronic and acute conditions including (but not limited to) headaches/migraines, neck pain, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, shoulder pain/tendonitis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, rib dysfunction, low back pain/sciatica, degenerative disc disease, stenosis, sacroiliac pain, bursitis, Patellofemoral pain syndrome, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, and pediatric and adult sports injuries.
