Founder of Ortho Elite Physical Therapy, Certified Integrative Manual Therapist, Heidi Herman, PT, MPT, CIMT, Cert. DN specializes in treating all areas of the body.

Heidi brings 18 years of experience as a licensed practicing physical therapist and has nationally recognized certifications in manual therapy, dry needling, personal training, and massage therapy, allowing for superior one-on-one therapeutic treatment for her patients in a comfortable environment. Heidi has taken extensive continuing education courses in order to provide the best evidence-based treatments available for a variety of conditions. After years of treating in a traditional physical therapy clinic, Heidi ventured off on her own to create Ortho Elite Physical Therapy. This transition has allowed her to treat the whole body, the whole person; not be limited by insurance company mandates. Her passion is injury prevention, wellness, and treating the body as a whole- none of which are covered by insurance. When you have a session with Heidi, you will know you are getting superior one-on-one care that addresses your pain, your limitations, and the needs specific to you. Heidi will work tirelessly to find the driver of your pain, not just treat your symptoms. She does this through problem solving to find the root cause of your problem, regardless of whether it is a recent condition or a longstanding issue.

Heidi is upbeat, positive, energetic, and passionate. She genuinely loves what she does. She is happily married to Jim with two loving boys, Joshua and Jayden. She loves nutrition, any type of fitness, being outside, watching her two boys play competitive sports, and meditation/prayer. She is an active member at Our Lady of the Lake Church and was born to be a humble servant.
